We will enter the season of Lent. We begin our journey on Ash Wednesday together, receiving the ashes at St. Mark at noon and at 6 pm. The ash cross we receive on our forehead makes our faith visible in our community as we leave church. It also marks our honesty about sin and death and our call to be reconciled. Before the 6pm service, there will be a family craft event at 5pm in the narthex, followed by soup supper at 5:30.
