Deirdre and her family joined St. Mark in 2018. Deirdre grew up outside of Boston and
lived in New York City for fifteen years before moving to Charlottesville. Deirdre works
as a playwright and screenwriter and has been a proud member of the Writers Guild
East since 2008. In her spare time, Deirdre loves going to the theater with her
husband, Dave, reading with her kids, Dashiell and Cormac, failing to train her
rambunctious dog, Romeo, and working in her garden.
