Welcome in the name of Christ.
When you step through our church door or visit our preschool, you will find that our doors are always open.
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7)
We are an affirming, grace-filled and reconciling community. Our hope is that when you enter you will experience the expansive love of God and feel home. We are here because we want to experience a deeper relationship with God, find supportive connection with others and be good stewards to God’s creation.
If you are a parent, we know you juggle many things on your schedule and we want you to know your child is in a safe place and valued as a gift from God.
If you are here because you have many questions and you are not sure what you believe, we will share our faith. We also ask questions and we invite you to join the journey of faith together.
If you feel different, if your body feels different, here you are part of the one body of Christ, important and valuable for all of us.
If you are a UVA student and want a place to worship, a home-away place to call home, we hope you feel that we are a family to you.
If you are LGBTQIA, we celebrate who you are and we affirm your loving relationships and marriage.
If you come here uninvited, stop on the way of your travel; we want you to know that visitors are precious guests for us to meet.
Here, we are all saints and sinners. We are all beloved children of God. We are all called to share this undeserved love and grace. We are all welcomed to the table.
