Natalie Hokanson, along with her husband Carl, joined St. Mark in 2023. Natalie grew up near Madison, WI and spent much of her adult life in St. Paul, MN. Natalie has a Master’s in Youth and Family Ministry from Luther Seminary and worked for an ELCA church in MN for 5 years before changing careers. She and Carl moved to Culpeper, VA, in 2020 to follow a career opportunity for Carl, then to Charlottesville in 2023. For the past 20 years she has worked as an Arts Administrator in the classical music industry and is currently the Executive Director of the Charlottesville Chamber Music Festival. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, hiking, cooking, spending time outdoors, and, of course, listening to music.
